Okay so I live in Colorado. I wonder what you think about it. Me and my boyfriend can not get aa home loan approved at this time due to his credit. But we can get approval for a loan for a mobile home DULCE 69000.00. Its ina fully upgraded and remodeled double wide trailer trailer park pleasant quiet. They even have double garages and sheds! anyway what have you to say that is wrong in buying a trailer?. what we're looking to do is buy the trailer and then pay to buy land and move the trailer to our land, and then live in trailer until we can build a house on our land. What do you think. some words of encouragment or wisdom? Why mobile homes lost their value so quickly?
The only problem is that mobile homes lose their value quickly. You should shop around for the best deal.
