Can a loan company payday to take all your money from your bank account and leave you with nothing?
verification center has taken every penny I had in my mind, leaving me with no money at all to pay the bills, get gas and electricity, and food to feed my 3 children.

He owes the people – who tend want to pay back. presumably could not do this without you having contracted agree that if you could not make a payment that was an answer so open then (Or you, like everyone else just could not make the time to read the contract you were signing up to that).
The bottom line is if what they are doing is outside the contract that you signed, then no, it can not. If you are within the terms of his contract with them then yes they can. I suspect that will happen to you to prove they acting out of his contract rights through.
