who will give me a loan with low credit scores and not much equity in my house, so do not get a bug?
A lender which are currently wants full payment of a loan would be repaid in 5 years and not even 3 years yet.
We lost a couple of missed payments when my job 2 years ago and they gave us a law firm. Our payment went up $ 900 houes within 4 months last year and the job I had was $ 4.00/hr less from the front. January 10.2007 I lost my job and now the lender wants his money because the payment was returned because I got my room later and is not usable immediately.
If the loan does not pay us to check the court and my husband will be arrested and we will have a trial on our record and I have difficulty find a job because the employer made a final credit check and most of them seem to be doing that now.
First we had to pay up to Jan.31, but funding failed, and want the money now or they will start filing court proceedings. I’m desperate for help. Nobody in our family is able to help.
I’m getting a divorce …. when you get the answer to this let me know! I’m in the same boat with low credit scores (Fair) and not much equity in my house. Also, do not have family to help me. I have to get my husband’s name on the loan note for our home.
